When you use 1gm, we collect the following information: • Account data: your name and email address when you create an account. • Profile data: your age, gender, height, weight, dietary preferences, and activity level — all provided by you during onboarding. • Weight tracking data: weight entries you log over time. • Meal preferences: your food choices, meal plan feedback, and dietary restrictions. • App usage: anonymous analytics about which features you use, to help us improve the app. We do NOT collect your precise location, contacts, photos, or any data from other apps on your device.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data helps us provide personalised weight management suggestions: • Generate daily meal plans tailored to your BMI, diet, and activity level. • Calculate your BMI and weight trends over time. • Rotate daily nudges and tips relevant to your profile. • Improve our meal suggestion algorithms based on anonymised usage patterns. We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties. Ever.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) servers with encryption at rest and in transit. Authentication is handled via Supabase Auth with secure token-based sessions. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
4. Third-Party Services
1gm uses the following third-party services: • Supabase — for authentication and database storage. 5. Your Rights
You have the right to: • Access your data — all profile data is visible in the Profile tab. • Correct your data — use the Edit button in the Profile tab. • Delete your data — sign out and contact us to request full account deletion. • Export your data — contact us for a copy of your data. 6. Children's Privacy
1gm is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
